At Trizelonoakholie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your art supplies and stationery purchases. You may return most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and in original condition
Include original packaging and tags
Have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Be returned within 30 days of the purchase date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Used or opened art supplies (paints, brushes that have been used, opened tubes)
Custom or personalized items
Items without original packaging
Items purchased more than 30 days ago

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Package the items securely in their original packaging
Include your proof of purchase and return authorization number
Ship the items to our store or bring them to our Westminster location

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
